I'm Colby, the owner of JackBuilt Response. I work with small business owners across Utah who rely on phone calls for new customers. That includes contractors, appointment based businesses and other local services. My focus is practical: help you schedule the jobs and follow up on the estimates you already have.
Website, scheduling and estimate follow up
If you need a website, I can build one with a contact form so customers can send an inquiry when calling is not convenient. If you already have a site, we can work with it. From there, the job is follow up: getting inquiries on the calendar and checking back on estimates that have not been answered.

Illustrative example, not a customer result: an HVAC owner in Sandy misses a call while on a job. He calls back between jobs, finds a time that works, and puts the visit on the calendar. A week later, a scheduled reminder prompts him to check in on an estimate the customer has not answered.
